Niamh Shields' blog eatlikeagirl has a huge following and was picked as one of the Top 10 food blogs from around the world. James Ramsden's Small Adventures in Cooking and Niamh Shields' Comfort & Spice are published as part of Quadrille's New Voices in Food series.

Sam Clark with Michael Jacobs
The founder of Moro Restaurant and the prominent Hispanist discuss and demonstrate the cooking of Andalucia, a region that is close to both their hearts. Andalucia's fusion of Spanish and Moorish traditions was the inspiration for Sam and Sam Clark's ground-breaking restaurant and their hugely successful Moro cookbooks. The region has since become their adopted home-from-home. Michael Jacobs stumbled on the Andalucian village of Frailes, wrote a book about it – The Factory of Light – and has lived there ever since. He is a member of the Andalucian Academy of Gastronomy and is the first foreign knight of 'The Very Noble and Illustrious Order of the Wooden Spoon'.

James Sommerin and Henry Ashby
The Michelin Star chef and the forager team up to demonstrate how to make the most of foods from the wild. James Sommerin is Executive Chef at the Crown at Whitebrook and its sister restaurant, The Crown at Celtic Manor. He has represented Wales on BBC2's Great British Menu. Henry Ashby has 45 years' experience of foraging in the Severn estuary and Forest of Dean and supplies James and other top chefs.
