A night to savour. At this gourmet event we’ve prepared a gastronomic eight-course menu to choose from*. To complement each exquisite dish, local wine connoisseur Peter Ayling will provide outstanding wine from around the world and provide tasting notes. Having relished every mouthful, our cheese course will be provided courtesy of Susan Fiander-Woodhouse of the Blaenafon Cheddar Company.
