Game On - Venison Cookery Course
The Culinary Cottage Cookery School in association with Waitrose and The Welsh Venison Centre is running two one-day cookery courses with the focus on locally reared venison, together with the best of ingredients to complement this delicious fare.
The day starts at 9am when we don our aprons. It's hands on all the way in a small group, preparing for a light lunch. This followed by further preparation towards a three course supper, which will include a variety of Game dishes with the main focus on local Venison, plus quality accompaniments supplied by Waitrose. The day rounds off after a delicious supper at approx 7.30pm.

After many years travelling the globe cooking for dignitaries, celebrities and royalty, Penny Lewis has returned home to open her own cookery school at Pandy where she is offering one-day and residential courses for cooks of all abilities from 16yrs upwards. (See also Festival main programme)
