21-22 SEP 24

Applications are now closed to trade at the Abergavenny Food Festival 2024 (Sat 21 and Sun 22 Sept).

ELIGIBILITY

We only accepted applications from food, drinks, cookware, tableware and outdoor cooking related traders. All traders needed a food hygiene score of 4* for consideration.

CRITERIA

All eligible applications were put towards a Selection Panel who made selections based on 3 key criteria – quality, taste and sustainability

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst we prioritised local, Welsh and Borders producers and products where possible when they also meet our criteria, just being local or Welsh was not a guarantee of being selected.

If your application was successful a 50% deposit of the pitch fee will be required to be paid by Thurs 28 March to secure your booking. The remaining 50% balance will be due on Fri 24 May.

Please read the Terms and Conditions below. Thank you.
