BRAND NEW FOR 2016. The Gin Palace brought the best in artisan distillers from across the UK including The Moorland Spirit Company, Chase Distillery, Warner Edwards, Sibling Distillery and Da Mhile.
From Chase Distillery comes Williams GB Gin, grown, distilled and bottled on their family farm in Hereford, using their unique hand crafted copper gin still. Within the gin there are 10 fine botanicals, plus juniper buds and berries to ensure the driest gin possible. The result is a distinctive, dry, zesty citrus gin with warm, spicy notes. Use to create a perfectly balanced GB&T, best served over ice with a wedge of lemon and a slice of ginger.
Ever had Seaweed Gin? Award-winning farmhouse distillery, Dà Mhìle's latest masterpiece fresh from the still! Made in West Wales, this seaweed gin is produced with a cut-down, hand selected variant of botanicals added to their small batch gin. Designed to complement seafood, it is infused with handpicked seaweed from the Celtic coast, giving it a lovely light green hue.
From Warner Edwards’ 200-year-old converted barn in Northamptonshire, Curiosity, their magnificent copper pot still, works her magic. Home-grown elderflower and natural spring water from their farm is combined with pure grain spirit and 10 other botanicals to produce the beautiful Harrington Dry Gin. This is then used as the base for Harrington Sloe, Elderflower Infused and Victoria's Rhubarb Gins.
Over three years ago, The Moorland Spirit Company set out to make a gin for gin-idealists. From their indivdual perspectives - a chef, a mixologist, a drinks developer and juniper-obsessed countryman - their aim was to re-examine every stage of the gin-making process. In the juniper dotted hills at Hepple in Northumberland, they developed a revolutionary method that reveals more complete, delicate flavours in the gin rhan is possible with conventional methods alone. It is intricate, lengthy work, but it is worth it. Delicious with tonic and sensational in a martini, Hepple Gin is as fresh and invigorating as a dip in a hilltop pool.
Sibling Distillery is run by four siblings who create their award winning, Triple Distilled Gin in their home town of Cheltenham. Since launching in 2014, they have been doing things differently, from being one of the only distilleries in the UK to make their gin from start to finish themselves (using no pre-made alcohol) to using contemporary flavours like Madagascan vanilla and fresh fruit. After two years in business, they are still the world's youngest distillers, making waves in the industry.
