Where is the Abergavenny Christmas Fair located?

The Abergavenny Christmas Fair will be taking place across three sites in the centre of Abergavenny – The Market Hall, Upper Brewery Yard and The Priory

What are the opening times?

10:00 – 17:00

Where will the box office be?

There is only one Box Office and it will be located on Red Square, in front of Neil Powell Butchers

What is the difference between wristbands and tickets?

Wristbands will give you access to the whole festival site. Event tickets are for specific events that happen during the festival weekend in various venues around the town. Additional events will be listed on the Abergavenny Food Festival website in the coming weeks.

Am I allowed to bring my dog into the festival?

Unfortunately dogs, with the exception of assistance dogs, are not allowed in any of the internal or external market venues

Where can I purchase tickets?

Wristbands for our Christmas Fair on Sunday 10th December can be booked in advance via our website or  purchased on the day. Tickets purchased in advance will need to be exchanged on the day for a wristband from the box office.

Wristbands can also be bought in person or on 01873 850805 from the Borough Theatre, located in the centre of Abergavenny.

I’ve bought tickets but I am unable to attend, can I have a refund?

Wristbands and event tickets are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances. If an event is cancelled by us, we will refund the face value of the ticket. Please note, if an event being cancelled or postponed, Abergavenny Food Festival cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer for travel, accommodation or any other related service

I’ve bought tickets but I am unable to attend, can I give my tickets to a friend?

Yes, wristbands are transferable. For event tickets, we will need to be informed of a name change as we will have a list of everyone who has purchased a ticket on the door. Please send any name change requests to lotti@abergavennyfoodfestival.com

Can I buy tickets on the door?

Yes, tickets can be purchased from our box office on the day, located on Red Square, in front of Neil Powell Butchers

I can’t print my e-tickets, what should I do?

You can present your e-ticket to us on your phone or tablet 

I didn’t receive my e-ticket, can you send me a new one?

If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please contact lotti@abergavennyfoodfestival.com

I’ve lost my wristband, what should I do?

There will be no refund or replacements for tickets that you have lost or forgotten to bring with you. If you arrive at an entry point without your ticket(s) you will need to purchase more (if available) and no retrospective refund will be given, even if you return your unused ticket after the event has taken place

No

What is the age limit on a children’s wristband?

16 and under

Is the festival accessible for disabled people?

The main market venues are fully accessible to wheelchair users and mobility scooters, but please be aware that there are some uneven surfaces and that it can become crowded. You can find more information about accessibility here
