Anand George, from the Welsh Curry House of the Year award-winning Purple Poppadom in Cardiff, has teamed up once again with his friend Spiro Borg of Spiros Fine Dining Caterers, for the Abergavenny Food Festival. On Saturday Purple Poppadom's brand of Nouvelle Indian cuisine will be served for an authentic Indian breakfast, followed by lunch and dinner, with Spiro's team providing service.

The duo will also present another authentic Indian breakfast on Sunday, with a special twist for Sunday lunch. Chef Anand will team up with Spiro's Chef Dan Henry in an East meets West fusion, serving Anglo-Indian cuisine inspired by days of the Raj.
