Award-winning beer and food writer, Melissa Cole writes extensively about the world’s favourite drink. She is lead partner in London’s only dedicated beer tasting business; lovebeer@borough in Borough Market and has just published her debut book ‘Let Me Tell You About Beer.’
Beer-loving, festival-mad entrepreneur Kelly Sidgwick is one half of the Bristol-based brewery Good Chemistry Brewing whose ethos is ‘making great beer to share with as many people as possible’. Her sociable spirit & spreadsheet skills has led her to create multiple dynamic, innovative ventures including much sought after summer favourite The Festival Elderflower Company.
Combining expertises in mathematics, engineering & logistics Jaega was a natural choice for the position of Head Brewer at Wild Card. When not tending her beloved spreadsheets or brewing, Jaega spends her time on stage or in the recording studio
