The Food Academy returned to the Festival this year. Children took centre stage at the Castle to show off their culinary talents with a weekend of free hands on workshops.
This year we planned another delicious menu for our drop-in workshops where kids learnt to make healthy versions of their favourite meals at home, and hopefully discovered a new favourite along the way.
We were joined by some very special guest chefs, including Jenny Chandler from Plum Cooking Company.
Food Academy sessions were FREE for child wristband holders, but places were limited.
