Award-winning local farm Black Welsh Lamb* is providing new season lamb which will be Asador barbecued (South American-style: cooked whole, hung over an open pit fire).
*Black Welsh Lamb, situated five miles outside Abergavenny, was awarded 3 Stars in the 2023 Great Taste Awards for their pedigree organic hogget leg. Their organic lamb is purely pasture fed which makes a real difference to the taste.
