For two decades Andrew has worked in some of the country’s finest kitchens including most recently as Head Chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill. Having had the privilege of representing his country on Great British Menu, he has long harboured the ambition to have his own restaurant in Wales; an ambition he fulfilled opening The Checkers early last year, and gaining three AA Rosettes in his first year.
