Brothers Owen and Tom Morgan modelled their fourth restaurant Asador 44 on the grill restaurants of northern Spain that they had fallen in love with over many years of road-trips and time spent in Spanish restaurant kitchens. At Asador 44 they focus on cooking large pieces of meat and fish on their custom-made Spanish parilla grill.
