Bee Wilson is a multi-award winning food-writer who has written extensively on the history, science and psychology of food and eating. She co-founded the food education charity TastEd which works with primary teachers to give children ‘the opportunity to experience the joy of fresh vegetables and fruits.’ Bee has just written her first cookbook The Secret of Cooking.
