A former restaurateur in Damascus, Imad loves to cook for people. He arrived in London in 2015 as a penniless refugee and cooked at pop-ups to raise money for charities. Eight years on, he has his own restaurant again and has written a cookbook, Imad’s Syrian Kitchen. At Abergavenny he plans for us all to get a taste of his cooking!
