Jeremy comes from three generations of Chinese chefs. He founded the School of Wok in 2009, originally as a mobile cookery school teaching Chinese cooking in the comfort of students’ own homes. It opened its doors as a permanent kitchen in 2012. He is often seen on TV and is a regular panellist on BBC Radio’s Kitchen Cabinet.
