Kindle, Cardiff – Tom Powell, Head Chef

Kindle is the latest project from Phil and Deb Lewis, the team behind Cardiff restaurants Dusty’s and Nook. Kindle is a fire-focussed restaurant set in and outside the beautifully converted Warden’s Cottage at the entrance to Sophia Gardens. Fresh and seasonal produce often from their own kitchen garden and greenhouse is at the heart of the menus produced by Head Chef Tom, formerly at The Walnut Tree, Abergavenny.
