Monsoon – Asma Khan in conversation with Gurdeep Loyal

Asma Khan is one of the UK’s most prominent female chefs. She is the founder of the restaurant Darjeeling Express and in 2019 she became the first British Chef to be profiled on the prestigious American Netflix series Chef’s Table. She has used her celebrity status to continually advocate for social change both around the position of women in the hospitality industry and as a Chef Advocate for the UN World Food Programme. She talks with food writer Gurdeep Loyal about her latest cookbook Monsoon: Delicious Indian Recipes for Every Day and Season.
