Melissa is part of Weber’s ‘grill-squad’ developing BBQ recipes and showcasing different methods of grilling. She is a former journalist and accomplished food writer, often exploring issues of diversity and identity. Her first cookbook Motherland charts the origins and evolution of Jamaican cooking and was shortlisted for the Andre Simon Food Book of the Year 2023.
