To celebrate the upcoming reissue of his first book, Cyrus returns to the food he grew up with in the city of his childhood. Born in Bombay, Cyrus trained at the Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces chain and rose to become executive chef for their eleven restaurants within those hotels. Moving to London in 1991 he and his wife Pervin created Café Spice Namaste, one of London’s most enduring and best-loved family-run Indian restaurants.
Chef demonstration take place on the Robert Price Kitchens stage.
