Rachael Watson, ex-GP and founder of the award-winning Abergavenny Baker Cookery School, invites you to roll up your sleeves to shape and bake your own pizza in the fiery heat of her Rofco oven. She’ll reveal the secret of long fermentation, high hydration dough to create pizza with a thin crispy base and deliciously crunchy crust. With your pizza in one hand and a glass of wine from Robb and Nicola Merchant of the Whitecastle Vineyard in the other, this promises to be a jolly lunchtime experience.
