Meet Simon King from 1861 Restaurant with Rooms at Cross Ash, a warm and friendly restaurant in the picturesque and tranquil hills of Monmouthshire. Simon is a keen forager and is often seen out and about in the fields and hedgerows around the restaurant. He will bring some of the day’s finds along and show what can be created using the produce he has found.
