The early part of Tom’s career was nurtured at The Hardwick, Abergavenny by Stephen Terry. London beckoned, where he rose to Senior Sous-Chef at world renowned seafood restaurants J.Sheeky in Covent Garden and Scotts of Mayfair before returning to Wales in 2012 to lead the opening of Bar 44’s Penarth, then Cardiff and Bristol restaurants. An exceptional chef of modern Spanish cuisine, Tom is now Head Chef across the Bar 44 Group.
Chef demonstrations in the Market Hall take place on the Robert Price Kitchens stage.
