Abergavenny Food Festival loading now
21-22 SEP 24

The 2023 Exhibitor line-up has now been confirmed and you can find out who will be joining us in our markets for our 25th anniversary celebration on the Exhibitor Listings page. Thank you to everyone who applied and expressed interest in trading.

All pitches have now been filled and we have a long and strong waiting list so we are no longer accepting applications or interest enquiries for this year.

If you wish to apply for 2024, please fill your details in on the form here to be added to the mailing list.

The festival selects traders based on the following criteria: ‘taste, quality and sustainability’. Whilst we have a preference for Welsh, local and small producers, and are focused on supporting more new businesses and start-ups, these are not the sole criteria to be selected. We get a lot of applications for a limited number of stalls so before you apply, consider what makes you unique and what makes you stand out. We look forward to hearing from you when applications go live.

Applications for 2024 are due to go live in January 2024 and the online form will be uploaded to this page.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEW PRODUCER’S BURSARY WINNER!

As part of our 25th birthday celebrations, our wonderful sponsors, Gower Cottage Brownies, generously donated a bursary to support one lucky new producer with a free pitch at this year’s event in The Priory Souk: New Producers Market, including promotions across our social channels, plus a pre-event chat and festival weekend meet and greet with Kate Jenkins of Gower Cottage Brownies to support and advise.  This bursary is part of the festival’s initiative to encourage more new businesses and start-ups to be able to come to the festival, and to access support and guidance to grow their businesses. Congratulations to this year’s worthy winner Ffansi Coffi who impressed Kate with her passion and knowledge. You can visit them in the New Producer’s Market at this year’s festival and show them your support. Thanks to Kate and Gower Cottage Brownies for supporting this initiative which will return for 2024.
