Cookbook authors, Zoe Adjonyoh, Nargisse Benkabbou, John Gregory Smith, Christina Mouratoglou and Adrien Carré will be discussing some of the unusual flavour combinations and cooking methods they use, and giving you the chance to taste some yourselves.
Author of Zoe’s Ghana Kitchen, Zoe Adjonyoh will be exploring how she cooks with classic Ghanian ingredients to create modern African dishes. Observer’s Rising Star in Food of 2018 and author of Casablanca, Nargisse Benkabbou will be explaining how she uses her Moroccan roots to inspire her cooking. Chef and author of Orange Blossom & Honey, John Gregory Smith, will explore how he has found inspiration from travel and incorporates the unique flavours of street food into his every day cooking. And finally, co-founders of the MAZI restaurant and authors of MAZI, Christina Mouratoglou and Adrien Carre will be discussing how they create contemporary Greek recipes with traditional flavours.
