Curious to try goat meat but not sure how to cook it? Goat pioneer James Whetlor, founder of Cabrito Goat Meat will be demonstrating three different ways to cook goat meat over fire. He’ll be demonstrating how to bone and cook a shoulder of meat, showing how cooking meat low and slow affects the flavour, and finally teaching you how easy it is to cook a rack of ribs over fire.
