A discussion and tasting with Randolph Hodgson, founder of Neal’s Yard Dairy and chairman of the Speciality Cheese Maker’s Association, and dairy farmers Steve and Sarah Fletcher of New Hunt House Farm, Herefordshire. The milk from the Fletcher’s herd is used by Neal’s Yard Creamery in all of their cows’ milk products and by Randolph in his own cheese-making.

The discussion will focus on the farming practices and land husbandry which make the milk from the Fletcher’s herd so special and how these practices and qualities are expressed in the cheese-making.
