Simplicity is Key with Nathan Gething

The focus of this demo will be simple cookery done well, using high quality ingredients prepared with care. Nathan will be preparing a seared fillet of hake with a potato “vinaigrette”, with wilted spinach and mussels, and an accompanying side dish of courgette spaghetti dressed with almond and basil pesto.
