Cocktail aficionado Danny Walker of Bristol’s Psychopomp distillery joins coffee specialist Matt Beynon from Wogan Coffee to guide us the wonderful world of coffee – roasts, flavours and scent – looking at the myriad of ways this every day drink can be used to make exceptional cocktails. Expect some old classics reinvented, interesting new ideas you can try out at home and experimental serves that push the boundaries of your expectations.
