A merry band of chefs, cooks, wine merchants and hospitality pros are set to whip up a storm for the food fest’s annual Saturday night feast. Featuring a stellar line-up of chefs and food experts, (in no particular order) Guardian columnist and cook-book writer, Rachel Roddy, Chefs and authors, Rosie Sykes and Claire Thomson, along with Matthew Williamson, Sam Sohn-Rethel, Stacey Smith, Ben Llewelyn and Ruth Spivey on the floor.
