Yoga Brunch Club
Bean & Bread welcome you to join their very first Yoga Bootcamp. The morning will start with 60 minutes of yoga with Sarah Jones followed by a 3-course vegan brunch. The event will also include a talk by nutritionist, Kate Cook and Japanese green tea adviser Keiko Nakano on superfoods and a demonstration on how to introduce these into your diet with recipes to take away. (Yoga mats and props provided, gluten free brunch options available).
