We will be “live” from the Hardwick’s kitchen with Stephen for lunchtime service. We will have a recorded demonstration of Welsh Lobster Hardwick style. Fresh from the Port to Plate team at Cywain, brilliant fresh seafood from our own doorstep.

Followed by a “live” Q&A session with Stephen in his “lively” kitchen during actual service. Fire some questions at him while service is in full flow.. You might need the “bleeper” once in a while 😉
