Danny Walker is one of half of Psychopomp Micro-Distillery, a much loved independent distillery in Bristol.
Psychopomp has been operating in Bristol for 5 years distilling seasonal and bespoke gins as well as absinthe, aqvavite and single origin coffee digestifs.
Before launching Psychopomp Danny spent 15 years as a cocktail bartender mixing drinks across the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Danny is an excitable foodie and a lover of all things liquid, as well as cocktails he has studied beer, wine and spirits and is a self professed coffee snob.
In 2008 Danny won the title of international master bartender of the year beating 2,600 bartenders from 24 countries.
