Jenny Linford

Jenny Linford is a food writer, a member of the Guild of Food Writers and the author of over fifteen books including The Chef’s Library, Garlic and The Great British Book of Cheeses. Her latest book The Missing Ingredient is an exploration of time and food. Her food writing has appeared in numerous publications, including Delicious, the Financial Times, Modern Farmer and the National Trust magazine.
