Their herd of happy Montbeliarde and Friesian cows graze the beautiful marshlands of the Waveney River Valley in Suffolk and where the family are carefully making their delicious raw milk into the finest dairy products.

Baron Bigod, is a creamy, white bloomy-rind raw milk Brie style cheese handmade on the farm by Jonny and the team, with a smooth silky texture and a golden curd, long lasting warm earth, farmyard and mushroom flavours. And Fen Farm Dairy Raw Cultured Butter, is made by hand by souring the cream using a cocktail of lactic bacteria, before churning and hand-paddling … the closest thing to the original Suffolk butter – a true farmhouse butter.
