Nathan Gething

A young Welsh chef focusing on well sourced ingredients perfectly executed. Nathan started his training under Stephen Terry at the Hardwick, moving onto various Michelin-starred and well-renowned restaurants in London, Cornwall and Bristol. Nathan has recently returned to his home town of Abergavenny, as Head Chef of the Kings Arms Hotel, to showcase all of the beautiful produce Wales has to offer.
