Rupert Dunn

Rupert is a Pembrokeshire based baker and grain farmer from Torth Y Tir (Welsh for loaf of the land), a community supported, peasant bakery, producing naturally leavened bread from field to loaf.

Torth Y Tir are on a journey to make entirely hand made, wood-fired, sourdough bread stone milled from wheat they have grown, that is suited to their land and their climate, is higher in nutrients, has distinctive flavours and is made in a way which nourishes our bodies and communities.
