Food writer and serial dinner party host Alexandra Dudley is the author of Land & Sea; secrets to simple, sustainable sensational food. Offering advice on using the whole ingredient she brings sustainable eating to the table in true flavour and style. A pioneer in the ‘zero waste’ movement Alexandra is passionate about living both consciously and enjoyably.
She is also the recipe columnist and restaurant critic for Town & Country UK and contributor to Table magazine. She hosts her own popular podcast ‘Come for Supper’ which sees her delve into the lives of renowned chefs, writers and restaurateurs to reveal their dinner party stories and culinary memories. Guests include Monica Galetti, Mark Hix, Russell Norman and Lisa Markwell. She also fronts the sell-out Soho House series ‘How to host a dinner party’ where she shares her tips and tricks on how to entertain. Alexandra also hosts workshops and a series of ‘garden supper clubs’ at her home in East London as well as various pop-up locations.
