Georgina Hayden

Georgina spent more than a decade working alongside Jamie Oliver, cooking and styling food for recipe books, magazine shoots and TV shows all over the world. She now works as a freelance food writer and stylist, has a regular column in Delicious magazine and has published two recipe books, Stirring Slowly and Taverna.

Georgina will be joined by Manon Lagrève and James Golding for the Maple from Canada Cooking Over Fire demo at The Castle, which will be hosted by Hang Fire’s Sam Evans and Shauna Guinn.
