They write about spirits on their website worldofspirits.com and regularly pen articles and features for a number of different publications, such as Whisky Magazine, Imbibe and the Evening Standard, as well as becoming judges for the World Whisky Awards and the prestigious I.W.S.C. awards.
Their first book, Distilled, won the Fortnum & Mason award for Drinks Book of the Year in 2015 and is now published in eight languages around the world. They appear regularly on Channel 4 as drinks experts for the popular morning show, Sunday Brunch.
