Kevin Morgan is the author of Serving the Public: The Good Food Revolution in Schools, Hospitals and Prisons. He is Professor of Governance and Development at Cardiff University and is interested in how governments at home and internationally approach the task of provisioning public institutions.

Kim Smith is a PhD Researcher at City St Georges University of London, researching the policy aspect of primary school food education and a Trustee at TastEd, a charity that helps children learn to love eating vegetables and fruit, using the 5 senses.
Claire Thomson describes herself as a Mum, a Food Writer, and a Chef ‘very much in that order’. Her social media platform 5 O’clock Apron is a source of culinary inspiration for family meals and cooking with children.Angharad ‘Rag’ Underwood joins the dots at a community level. Farmer’s daughter, multi-award winning jam maker, Rag has now set up the Monmouthshire-based Cookalong Clwb whose aim is ‘to empower children with kitchen confidence, reducing food waste and maximising food taste.’
