Through her many cookbooks and the Wahaca restaurants she founded, Tommi Miers has been one of the UK’s great popularisers of Mexican cuisine. Last year she decamped with her whole family for a six month trip to Mexico, cooking with some great chefs and re-immersing herself in the culture; an experience which informs her latest recipe collection Mexican Table: 100 Recipes, 12 Everyday Ingredients From the Heart of Mexico.
