European Union certifications that protect the names of regional food and drink products.

Companies listed above with asterisks have one or more product that is categorised as:

** PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) – signifies that the entire production process, from sourcing ingredients to preparation, occurs in a specific geographical area, ensuring the product’s characteristics are solely due to that location. 

*** PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) – requires at least one stage of the production process to take place in the designated area, and the product’s qualities are linked to that region. 

These producers do not have separate stalls, but will have their produced featured on the Welsh PDO/PGI stand.
