Having previously had a career in healthcare, Paula wanted a completely new challenge to fit with family life. Combining her love for great coffee with the opportunity to run her own business has proved an absolute joy. She jumped at the opportunity to tap into / learn from Kate’s own business expertise and experience.

Ffansi Coffi will be selling coffee beans at the Festival – all hand roasted by Paula in small batches – as well as loose leaf tea, luxury hot chocolate and accessories. Their products are ethically produced and sourced.
