Bread and War – Felicity Spector in conversation with Caroline Eden

Felicity Spector is a TV News producer of 34 years standing who became involved in Bake for Ukraine, a small non-profit who were aiming to set up a mobile bakery to bring bread to the war-torn villages of that country. Her journey led her back and forth into Ukraine and introduced her to the remarkable people who grow, cook and eat food together under the most difficult circumstances. Eventually it led her to put those stories down in a book: Bread and War: A Ukrainian Story of Food, Bravery and Hope. Come and hear her story.
