Our traders and caterers are the heart of the festival, cooking up a storm, tempting your tastebuds, pouring and brewing delicious drinks, and inspiring your kitchen shopping in our varied and enticing markets. There is something for everyone.

Look a little closer and start a conversation with the people behind the amazing array of food and drink on offer. You may just discover a new favourite tipple or gourmet treat, or pick up some tips and tricks from those who really know their onions (and other foods!).

We have a great mix of returning regulars, new producers and fresh faces, with 25 ‘legends’ who have been coming to the festival for many years (some for almost every year we have been running), to help us celebrate our 25th anniversary.
