James Golding

James cut his teeth working at The Savoy in London and has held senior culinary roles in major hotel groups including Soho House in New York, and The Pig Hotel Group in England. James is passionate about sustainability and is an active member of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, where he helps to promote food education and sustainability to the next generation of chefs.

James will be joined by Georgina Hayden and Lagrève for the Maple from Canada Cooking Over Fire demo at The Castle, which will be hosted by Hang Fire’s Sam Evans and Shauna Guinn.
